Step 1

Begin with a complimentary One-On-One Discovery Session to discuss your current training plan, your goals and what you would like to achieve, the dates of any upcoming events, and discuss any obstacles from previous training. We will determine the type of testing needed to design your complete training program. This can include physiological testing, a muscular strength and endurance profile, flexibility and postural assessments, a biomechanical movement analysis, a general nutrition analysis, or even a detailed motivation questionnaire to determine how you will successfully meet your challenge, while at the same time fully enjoying your experience.

Step 2 Fitness Evaluation

This is your exciting and informative testing day. Fitness tests determined from step 1 are performed here. Most of the results will be available by conclusion of your tests. After full interpretation of all test results, a training plan is designed to meet your specific needs.

In-Training will develop a complete, periodized (gradually progressing) training plan for you to follow based on your current fitness level and results from Step 2, integrating your goals, experience, time constraints, physical limitations, lifestyle and motivation. What you end up with is a detailed, realistic and specific program catered to fit you . . . and only you.

With specific tools and techniques you will see measurable results as you progress through your training. Whether you choose personalized private training to meet your unique individual needs and goals, shared sessions, or become part of the many group training options available, you will get fit on physical and emotional levels and more.

Step 3 Program Introduction

This is an orientation to review the details of your new training plan. Your program will be designed to progress over eight to twelve weeks. You will learn your individualized training zones and paces, know when to include intervals in the week, how to balance high aerobic, low aerobic and anaerobic training days, learn your specific strength and flexibility exercises, health and nutrition improvement options, as well as strategies for motivation and success.

Now . . . . you're In Training!

In Training options going forward are 1) train on your own from here and schedule periodic check-point meetings, 2) be privately coached in personal training sessions once or twice per week, or 3) have your program updates delivered to you weekly via online training.

Your progressions will take place over eight to twelve weeks. After this point you will have adapted to the routine and will need a new program to re-stimulate your muscles. Fitness evaluations are recommended twice yearly to chart improvements and enhance motivation.
