Step 1

Begin with an Initial Consultation to discuss your current training plan, your goals and what you would like to achieve, the dates of upcoming competitions or events, and discuss any obstacles from previous training. We will determine the type of testing needed to design your complete training program. This can include physiological testing, a muscular strength and endurance profile, flexibility and postural assessments, a biomechanical analysis, a general nutrition analysis, or even a detailed motivation questionnaire to determine how you will successfully meet your challenge, while at the same time fully enjoying your experience.
