Spring Hike Workout

This Hike Workout is a notch above Suzanne's Fitness Walking workout. It has the challenge of hills and varying terrain and Suzanne incorporates strength and postural exercises into each hike along the trail. Flexibility and abdominal exercises are performed at the end making for a complete fitness workout. Nordic walking poles and heart rate monitors will be available to enhance your workout. Pedometers will be worn to chart the number steps and miles hiked.

Take your training to the outdoors this Spring. Enjoy breath taking views, blooming Spring flowers, and share your fitness with new friends in this guided hike workout.
