Group Strength Training

Suzanne's conditioning workout is a one of a kind strength training experience. The warm-up is dynamic, gets your heart rate up, makes you sweat, expend calories and includes exhilarating power drills. Then you're ready for the workout which incorporates weight training sets that are strategically combined in very challenging progressions. You will improve posture and strengthen all of your major muscle groups from core out to the arms and forearms, chest, shoulders, back, hips and legs down to the shins, calves and feet. Enhance performance and injury prevention for your sport. Results are quite dramatic. Sports nutrition handouts included to enhance your workout.

This workout is available on DVD once you have participated and completed a program.

If weight loss is your goal, combine this workout with Suzanne's Fitness Walking/Jogging workout immediately following. This combo works!

Summer Strength is a very unique workout. Begin with an extended version of the usual warm-up routine above. It is clearly a blast of a cardio workout. The strength workout portion is also an extended version of the usual. We do not leave anything out. And the best part; the end includes an easy cool-down cardio workout outside. This combines all components for the ultimate in strength, defined muscles and a drop in body fat. This is only offered in the summer. Don't miss it.
