Group Training: synergy, energy, motivation and contagious excitement . . . . permeate Suzanne's group workouts. Various times, locations, fitness levels and seasons combine for a wide range of choices. High energy, motivation and camaraderie offered here. Share your workout with a friend or spouse, meet fun people, and experience innovative and effective   workout techniques and routines.  You'll feel like you're part of a team. 

Group training can consist of semi-private workouts (2 participants), small group training (3-6 participants) or group training, 15+ participants.

Personal training sessions are available for the motivated and committed.
