Group Training: synergy, energy, motivation and contagious excitement . . . . permeate Suzanne's group workouts. Various times, locations, fitness levels and seasons combine for a wide range of choices. High energy, motivation and camaraderie offered here. Share your workout with a friend or spouse, meet fun people, and experience innovative and effective workout techniques and routines. You'll feel like you're part of a team. 

Group training can consist of partner workouts (2 participants), semi-private training (3-6 participants), small group training (7-15 participants), and group training 20+ participants. 

Private training sessions are also available.

In-Training

*Group training programs fall within three categories: semi-private, small group, or regular group training. Each requires a minimum participant enrollment, depending on the program. Prices based on the group size on the final day of pre-registration. Be sure to register early.

Personal training sessions are available for the motivated and committed.
